This newly developed commercial location in the heart of downtown Mankato was an interior build-out project for a full-service, local insurance group that has served the community for nearly three decades. The space required APX to install the steel stud framing in an open, unfinished space. Once completed, APX continued with the required finishing tasks, including sheetrocking, painting, millwork, doors, hardware, flooring, and acoustical ceiling tile installation.
The finished interior space is segmented into individual offices, lobby areas, and conference rooms, with large plated windows providing visual access to a panoramic view of downtown Mankato. All building materials were carefully selected and placed to meet the design and branding standards of this client.
